Oh my! My life has been so crazy since Hailey was born. I have had no time to sew. Its kind of makes me sad. But things are slowly starting to settle down around here and I feel like I am finally getting back on schedule.

One of the things that happened this month was an open house for my brother who got married in August. He lives in Washington so his actual wedding took place up there. I was on bed rest for his wedding so sadly I missed it. It was sad for more than one reason. First, Patrick (my brother who got married) is like my best friend. We have been through a lot with each other so I was really wanted to be there. The other reason I was sad to miss is because this was going to be the first time in 8 years that all of us would be together. Since I have a military family it is hard for all of us to be in the same spot at what time. Hopefully when my other brother gets married in February we will have the opportunity again. As long as my oldest brother can get leave.
So needless to say I was really excited for the open house. I was super excited to see my brother, his wife and their son Lucas.
All of my nephews were together for this open house. My nieces live on the east coast and weren’t able to come. So Hailey was the only girl. My mom got all my nephews matching gray polos. So I thought that Hailey needed something. We made her this cute yellow and grey dress. First we made a purple and grey one but it was so big we made another one.
