Have you guys heard of Paper Pumpkin by Stampin’ Up? I discovered it at the Pinner’s Conference and I feel in LOVE!!! I use to LOVE to scrapbook and make cards. I did it all the time. Then my life became crazy busy and I stopped having time to do it. That’s why I love Paper Pumpkin.
So let me explain exactly what Paper Pumpkin is. Its a monthly box subscription of supplies to make a project that comes straight to your door. And it arrives in this super cute red box. Insides the box is everything you need to make that month’s project. (The only thing I needed was a pair of scissors to cut the washi tape.) It even comes with glue dots! And everything is PRE CUT!!! Talk about time saver! I didn’t have to drag out all my supplies. It was all there ready for me.
November’s box was holiday/Christmas cards and gift tags. Your first month you get your acrylic block to use with all your stamps. Every month you get a new stamps and a new ink color. And they are careful to not repeat colors so its a great way to expand your stamps and ink collection.
I had a lot of fun making these cards.
There was enough supplies to make 8 cards. (With envelopes!) I am excited to hand these out to my friends with some goodies this year for Christmas. The box comes with step by step instructions on how to complete the project or you can go to their site and watch a movie on how to put your kit to use.
My kids helped me make these cards and they had a blast. Since everything comes pre cut these projects are kid friendly. They were so excited to help me make them! They are going to use them to put on the gifts for their teachers this year. I love activities like this to do with my kids. One reason: they are busy so they aren’t arguing or watching TV and 2: We get to spend time together!
They also have a Pinterest account where you can find so many FUN ideas to do with your kit if you don’t want to make the project they gave instructions for.
Now on to the good part. Paper Pumpkin is going to give one of you a kit! how fun is that?? Just fill in the Rafflecopter below.
