I have been trying really hard to be better at taking pictures of my kids. When I look through my phone sometimes there is more pictures of fabric than my kids. (EEK!) My oldest boy is 7 now and I have no idea where the years have gone. I learned the hard way that life is short and can change in an instant. I want to start enjoying the now and making memories with my kids. Which is why I am trying to take more pictures. So we can look back on them and remember all the fun times we had.
However I had 3 sick kids over Thanksgiving break (flu, pneumonia, and croup) and Thanksgiving was at our place. As you can imagine there was a lot of chaos so I didn’t get a lot of pictures. Sad face. I did however get some picture of my husband brother in law prepping Leonard. (Yes, we named our turkey.)
We went to my parents house for 2nd dessert and luckily my nephew picked up my phone and started taking pictures. Its some really random ones of us playing games and such. But its better than nothing.
I can’t wait to print them off and get them into my Project Life books. Have you heard of project life? I was introduced to it at the Pinners Conference last month and I feel in love. I am actually printing out pictures and getting them into books. I love the simplicity of it all. The best part is that my kids actually help me out with it. I am SUPER busy all the time and this is just so easy to do. You all should check out the website. You’ll love it too I promise!
