Teacher Appreciation is quickly approaching!! Actually, it is next week May 1-5. And with that comes the oh so fun door decorating.
But it can also cause some stress, or maybe that is just me. I always want to do better than the last year. But there are so many similar ideas. Which is totally okay, but I have decided to just add an “Alicia” touch!!! Below are some of the past years of doors that I have done. And I will add some links that I used to help me get my ideas.
My son’s 3rd grade teacher likes Stars Wars, so why not add some Yoda’s!! Each Yoda had each students name. I hand drew and cut the Yoda and glued ears on his head. I also used a Sharpie to draw his features.
This door was so much fun. I had these Truffula trees from a church function and decided how cute would a Dr Suess door look? ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!! I used my Cricut for the letters and butcher paper for the rest.
This was done for a teacher that happened to be a circus performer. So why not have a performers door. Each star had the students name. The picture is not super great.
“The Best Teacher Ever”, simple decorations were all from Dollar Tree
This one is by far my favorite. You can’t let the school janitor go unnoticed. Inspiration came from Pinterest. I LOVE how the mop, bucket, and trash can came out.
